Whether it be to a new continent, a different room of worship or community, or stretching into a new way of thinking and behaving… sometimes we just have to go to know.
A message for me between all of the diet ads and a personal history of panic on the scale.
In this call to set goals, lose 20 pounds, change…
Having lived much/some/all of my life in defaults, I am finally catching on to what many of you already know. Or at least, I am practicing new pathways to peace.
Today’s Friday Love comes from a trip down Westheimer this week. All the lights were green for as far as I could see, but then, way down by the Galleria, there was one lone red light.
I couldn’t help but think about how we are given all that we need for the next steps of our journey. I was reminded to trust that when I get on down the road, the red light will be green.
